DESCRIPTION:In 1982 Fraser Valley Child Development Centre has provided services that enhance the quality of life for children with special needs and their families. A team of 110 professionals provide therapy\, education and parent support to over 2\,300 children\, youth and their families annually. In Mission\, we serve 400 children and youth with challenges that include cognitive\, communication\, fine and gross motor\, behavioral and mental health concerns\, receive services from FVCDC. In 2012\, we are celebrating 30 years providing services and we are excited to continue to enhance early intervention services\; expand the transfer of knowledge to families and community programs supporting children with special needs\; and develop specific projects to meet our community needs. Together we are "Helping Kids Shine".  \n\n\n\nCome out and see what Fraser Valley Child Development does first hand and meet some of the great staff who help make a difference in children lives.
