DESCRIPTION:Join us for an Exclusive Chamber Luncheon with Gateway Casinos and BCLC. \nThe Mission Chamber is bringing back BCLC to share information about the industry and how they help the communities which they are a part of. Representatives from Gateway Casinos will also join the mix to update the membership with the latest news. Members AND Future Members are welcome to join this must-attend luncheon. \n\n \nKeynote Speakers:\nChris Fairclough\n\n \nSince joining BCLC in 2008 to lead the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games community program\, Chris has been a public face for the organization. Regularly speaking to community groups and municipal stakeholders\, he also prepares and trains others with key messages and presentations.\n\n \n\nPrior to BCLC\, Chris worked in the marketing and advertising industry to help shape and build positive impressions alongside some of Canada?s iconic brands\, including Whistler Blackcomb\, Lululemon and Vancity\, among others.\n\n \n\nHe also sits on advisory boards for Kwantlen University School of Business PR Program\, the BC Lions Waterboys and the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship. When not working\, Chris can be found at the ice rink\, soccer pitch or baseball diamond coaching his two young boys.\n\n\n \n\nTanya Gabara\n\n \n\nTanya Gabara joined Gateway Casinos in 2011 and is responsible for leading the development and execution of all internal and external communications including community engagement\, media relations and responsible gambling initiatives for Gateway properties in Western Canada\; also leading all charitable activities through GatewayGIVES\, the corporate giving and community engagement program.\n\n\n\nTanya brings with her almost 20 years of marketing and communications experience from a variety of industries including interior design\, industrial equipment and restoration services.
