He recently completed a diploma in Agriculture Technology at UFV to broaden his expertise. A passionate home gardener\, Alan specializes in seed saving and propagation of heritage plants. He believes every garden is a good garden whether it's an acre of perfection or a pot on a windowsill.\n\n Workshop Topics Include:\n\n Invasive Plants & Native Alternatives\n\n Companion Planting & Crop Rotation\n\n Integrated Pest Management\n\n Soil Health & Composting\n\n Propagation Techniques (rooting\, layering\, grafting\, etc.)\n\n Agroecology & Ecosystem Gardening\n\n Bring a notebook\, your curiosity\, and a bag sometimes you'll leave with more than just knowledge!\n\nWashrooms and water are available on-site.\n\n Questions?
