We will discuss proper organizational structure as well as the principles of effective governance. Also\, the big question regarding which committees every board should have will be answered.\n The 7 Key Elements of Good Governance\n Deb will give an overview of seven things that every board needs to have in place in order to govern properly.\n Tips and Resources\n\n\nThroughout the workshop\, Deb refers to practical templates\, exercises\, and examples that she has created in her 35+ years of board experience. These documents are available electronically for each attendee to give them a kick-start on developing their own best practices with their boards.
