More marketing isn’t always the answer.
Inside The Cart is for business owners who have a lot going on and just need someone beside them to help figure out what’s missing and get things moving. I like getting to know a business, seeing it from the customer’s side and looking for opportunities that might be getting missed. Sometimes that means marketing, but it could also mean finding a better supplier, changing how a space is being used, creating an event or partnership, cutting an unnecessary cost, or finding a completely new way to bring in business. I don’t want to hand you a report and disappear, and I don’t want you spending $1,000 on something and wondering what actually changed. I want to help figure it out with you, connect the pieces and give you more room to focus on the part of your business you actually love.
