A Child's Work: Understanding the importance of play and how to nurture it in our children. Mission Central 7466 Welton Dr. Vanessa Lapointe will be presenting to people living with, caring for or working with children about the importance of play, how play allows children to be emotionally healthy, the role of adults in supporting healthy play and creating an enriched environment and hands on strategies for supporting behaviours through play at Mission Central from 9:30am-4:30pm.To register call Laura at 604-820-4367 or e-mail ecdcommittee@shawbiz.ca.
