Centennial Place is a clubhouse program funded by Fraser Health which provides the opportunity for individuals living with mental illness to improve their quality of life by participating in activities which they find meaningful. It’s a place for learning, relating, and belonging, through social, leisure and work activities with a strong focus on becoming vocationally productive members of their community.

Come out and meet the great staff of the Mission Club House and learn all about the programs that are offered.
