Chamber Luncheon: Annual General Meeting

What happens at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)? 

The AGM is a combination of function and information sharing all over a delicious lunch. During the meeting, you will learn about the latest initiatives happening in the Chamber world as well as the line up of events and educational opportunities that the MRCC will be making available to the community.

The functional aspects of the AGM will be around voting on proposed bylaw changes and of course, electing the Board Executives, as well as new Directors to the Board.  Members in attendance will vote to elect our new Board representatives. 

  • Registration and Lunch are from 11:30 am - 12 pm to be followed by the AGM business
  • *Lunch included in registration*
  • After the AGM there will be a draw for awesome door prizes!
  • Get to know people at the AGM through our fun networking games!

Please note that only members in good standing (current 2022 members) are eligible to vote at the AGM.

*PROXY VOTING* 
If you are not able to attend the AGM but would like to cast your vote for the meeting. Please email Connect@MissionChamber.bc.ca informing of who you would like to provide your proxy vote too. We will also prepare an AGM package for your review.

  • In accordance with the current province-wide mask mandate, all attendees must wear their masks in the venue when not eating or drinking

  • Please stay home if you don't feel well.
