Chamber Luncheon: Annual General Meeting 2024

What happens at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)? 

The AGM is a combination of function and information sharing all over a delicious lunch. During the meeting, you will learn about the latest initiatives happening in the Chamber world as well as the lineup of events and educational opportunities that the MRCC will make available to the community.

The functional aspects of the AGM will be around voting on proposed bylaw changes and of course, electing the new and potentially returning Directors to the Board.  Members in attendance will vote to elect our Board representatives. 

  • Registration and Lunch are from 11:30 am - 12 pm to be followed by the AGM business
  • *Lunch included in registration*
  • After the AGM there will be a draw for awesome door prizes!
  • Get to know people at the AGM through our fun networking games!
