BC’s Best Opens 14th Location in Mission

MTF Price Matters is opening the 14th store in their discount retail chain in
Mission on Thursday, July 7th. MTF Price Matters focuses on providing their
customers with brand name merchandise priced below wholesale.

and retail chains across Canada and the USA liquidate an enormous volume
of factory closeouts, seasonal products, display models, freight and warehouse
damaged goods, and customer returns. We purchase this merchandise and we

President of MTF Price Matters, “Our new Mission store is located in the heart of
Mission (old Sears location) and offers great savings in all sorts of categories like

The quality of goods at MTF Price Matters compares to high-end retailers but
without the high end pricing. In addition, the chain offers a warranty program on
electronics products. Their stores have the same major product categories as big
box stores and most everything are recognizable brands.

With 13 other locations throughout BC the Mission location will be the 9th in the
Lower Mainland. The company has always considered Mission as a city that
would benefit from its brand and the where the store would be supported by the
local residents.

“We’ve considered it for years and actually talked with the Landlord about the
location we are moving into for quite some time; it wasn’t until we met with the
Economic Development of Mission and some of its merchants that we got really
got excited about the opportunity. Downtown Mission presents a few challenges
but the Landlord and the city have exceeded our expectations and we have a
great deal of optimism in opening there,” says Funk. “We have stores in the
surrounding cities of Mission in Abbotsford and Maple Ridge; and, we are happy
to be involved with the local community of Mission by providing employment
opportunities and of course a great discount shopping experience”.
