Our program will consist of a presentation from the Building, Planning, and Development department staff from the City of Mission, mainly focusing on providing an overview and clarity on updates to Small-scale, multi-unit housing - Province of British Columbia. The presentation will be followed by a panel of City staff taking your submitted questions, then we’ll break out into small group tables for more one-on-one interactions. Small group discussions may include topics such as permitting timelines and processes, zoning and land use, inspection practices and expectations, infill and redevelopment opportunities, business licensing requirements, upcoming policy changes or strategic priorities impacting development.
