ALLCANDIDATES MEETING

Silverdale community Hall

6:30pm

November 8 2011

Mayor Candidates - 6:30 -7:15pm.
 
Candidates will have a 1 min. closing speech
Councilor candidates - 7:30-9:45
 
Candidates will have a 1 min. closing speech.
There will be no opening speech.
All Candidates will be given 5 cards. Each Candidate may answer the question of choice, provided you have a card left. If time permit’s the cards may be distributed again.
A table will be provided for election papers. Do not put papers on chairs. Each candidate will be responsible to remove their material before the end of the night.
TIME KEEPER
1) Time keeper will notify candidates when there is 30 seconds left in response, by striking the Gavel once.
2) Timekeeper will notify candidates when response time is finished by striking the gavel twice.

House rules.
All Candidates will respect the views of all incumbents while the meeting is in session.
No personal attacks.

5- Candidates will have a limit of one minute to answer the question.
6- Please sit orderly in the chairs provided for speakers. But please stand to ask question.
