Workplace Bullying & Harassment Training

With the introduction of the new Anti-Bullying legislation, business owners, operators and managers with any number of employees are now required to comply. This three hour training session is meant to provide a clear understanding of the unique hazards regarding workplace bullying and harassment and the controls that must be adopted to prevent such hazards.


Learning Objectives

By the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

  • Understand the legal employer requirements
  • Have the knowledge of applicable definitions
  • Recognize Workplace Bullying and Harassment
  • Understand employer obligations
  • Understand which tools can be used in the prevention of bullying and harassment
  • Understand the proper reporting structure and document filing
  • Understand the bullying & harassment investigation process
