Ethel is dedicated in assisting clients in making responsible informed decisions by providing guidance and expert industry and market knowledge. Ethel has over 22 yrs. of combined commercial, retail banking, and residential mortgage lending experience. 
Ethel dedicates her time to the community as a Mission chamber member previously serving on the Board of Directors, the Government Affairs & the Budget Committee. She is also a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association and the Bigstone Cree Nation. She was recently appointment to the Economic Development Select Committee for the City of Mission and the Employment Lands Strategy Committee and a Board of Director for the Mission Friendship Centre Society.

Celine is the co-founder of Urban Valley Transport and has been in the transportation industry for over 15 years. Celine’s core experience and duties includes budgeting, accounting, project planning as well as creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall goals ensuring that the customer is always benefitting from the company’s efficiencies and experience.
